We collaborated with Paxford Property Group and Set The Space to market an exciting new development in the heart of the Cotswolds. Our support spanned brand identity, website design, and content creation. A key part of the process involved sitting down with the team to shape a clear strategy for how best to present and sell the homes. The campaign has been a success, with over 60% of the properties sold before construction was complete.
In addition to developing website and listing content, we produced engaging material that highlighted the design and build of each individual home.
